摘要
本文综述了油墨中颜料分散稳定机理和分散剂的作用,提出油墨中颜料粒子发生絮凝的检测方法,分析颜料粒子絮凝与色相、透明度、遮盖力(不透明油墨)、光泽、雾影、浮色发花之间的关系.相关结果有助于印刷企业分析色彩缺陷的产生原因和印刷色彩质量控制.
Abstract
In this paper,the stability mechanism of pigment dispersion and the function of dispersing agents in inks are reviewed.The detection method of pigment particles flocculation in inks is proposed,and the relationship between pigment particles flocculation and hue,transparency,hiding power(opaque ink),gloss,fog shadow and floating color is analyzed.The relevant results are helpful for printing enterprises to analyze the causes of color defects and control the quality of printing color.
