Application of Project Management in the R&D of Metal Packaging Enterprises
With the innovation and transformation of the enterprise,project management plays an important role in the research innovation of ORG metal packaging products.In this article,the characteristics of the metal packaging R&D project were introduced,the specific measures taken by ORG in terms of project management organization,matrix organizational structure,and project management process have been summarized,the issues related to talent cultivation,information transmission,and review summary in the project management process have been analyzed,optimization strategies for the issues were proposed,to provide reference for R&D project management in the metal packaging industry.
