Research on Visual Design of Maonan Nuo Mask Information
Nuo mask has a long history and rich cultural connotation,and is an important part of Maonan traditional culture.However,due to limited communication channels and language communication problems,many people have misunderstanding or insufficient understanding of Nuo masks.This study uses the visual design method to dig deeply into the history,shape and pattern meaning of Maonan Nuo mask,and presents and conveys the value and essence of this unique culture through design.In this paper,information visual design is used to show the types,production processes,production processes,crown and hat patterns,facial features and other information of Nuo mask,extract its elements and apply them to packaging design practice,in order to help more people understand and recognize the cultural tradition of Maonan nationality,and promote the inheritance and development of Maonan nationality Nuo mask.
