摘要
基于炎陵黄桃现有包装方案,对比两种包装方式、5种不同克重、两种不同成熟度的黄桃包装的效果.结果显示,泡沫托+包装箱的形式为最优包装方案,适当降低纸板定量,会影响泡沫托的寄递完好性,但不会影响整个方案对水果的防护性能;七成熟的水果包装安全度更佳,纸箱覆膜后可有效减小湿热环境对纸箱性能降低的影响.
Abstract
Based on the existing packaging scheme of Yanling yellow peach,the packaging effect of two packaging methods,five different grams and two different maturity of yellow peach was compared.The results showed that the form of foam tray+packing box was the optimal packaging scheme.Properly reducing the cardboard weight would affect the delivery integrity of the foam tray,but would not affect the protection performance of the whole scheme on fruits.The safety of the packaging of seven ripe fruits is better,and the impact of the wet and hot environment on the performance of the carton can be effectively reduced after the carton is covered with film.
