智能包装作为新型包装,对食品存放有着很大的优势.本文分析智能包装现状,从材料型智能包装对食品存放的保护方面进行分析,阐述其在保质期、新鲜度、泄露等方面的感知与互动的优化方式,并得出智能材料感知包装将向着更加智能、精确和成熟的方向发展的结论.
Abstract
As a new type of packaging,intelligent packaging has great advantages for food storage.This paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent packaging,analyzes the protection of material-based intelligent packaging for food storage,describes the optimization of its perception and interaction in terms of shelf life,freshness,leakage,etc.,and draws the conclusion that intelligent material-aware packaging will develop towards a more intelligent,accurate and mature direction.
