Study on the Effect of Different Materials of Plastic Wrap on the Preservation of Yellow Peach
In order to analyze the effects of different packaging materials on the preservation of yellow peaches.Three packaging materials,the PLA film(biodegradable air conditioning preservation),the PE+EVA film(fresh-locking factor air conditioning preservation),and the PE film(silver ion antibacterial preservation)were used for packaging yellow peaches and storing them at room temperature.Weight loss rate,hardness,color difference,sensory quality,and soluble solid content were used as indicators to study the freshness effect of different packaging materials on yellow peaches.It was shown that the PE+EVA membrane treatment effectively reduced the weight loss rate of yellow peaches during storage.After 8 days of storage,the weight loss rate of yellow peach in the PE+EVA group was only 0.85%,the hardness was 1.86 kg/cm2,the brightness value(L*:60.84),the yellowness value(b*:40.78)and the soluble solid content of the fruit remained at the high level.This improved the storage quality and prolonged the storage time,which was optimal for preservation.
