基于"岗课赛证"综合育人机制的技工院校课程开发——以数字印刷工艺课程为例

"岗课赛证"融通的核心是课程,开发好数字印刷工艺课程是技工院校数字印刷技术专业改革和发展的基础.目前,技工院校数字印刷工艺课程的开发存在教学目标不明确、课程内容与实际岗位生产脱节、教学内容与大赛缺乏有效对接、与行业职业技能鉴定标准不符等问题.本文以"岗课赛证"融通为核心,以真实岗位典型工作任务为内容载体和依据,将证书、竞赛所体现的先进元素融入到课程开发中,以实现"岗课赛证"一体化教学模式.
Curriculum Development of Technical Colleges Based on the Comprehensive Education Mechanism of"Post Course Competition Certificate"—Taking Digital Printing Technology Course as an Example
The core of the integration of"Post course competition certificate"is the curriculum,and the development of digital printing technology courses is the foundation of the reform and development of digital printing technology in technical colleges.At present,there are some problems in the development of digital printing technology courses in technical colleges,such as unclear teaching objectives,disconnection between course content and actual job production,lack of effective docking between teaching content and competition,and inconsistency with industry vocational skills appraisal standards.This paper takes the integration of"post course competition certificate"as the core,takes the typical tasks of real posts as the content carrier and basis,and integrates the advanced elements embodied in certificates and competitions into the course development,so as to realize the integrated teaching mode of"post course competition Certificate".
