摘要
在国家提出"双碳"发展战略背景下,高校人才培养模式应作出调整,以适应社会发展趋势对人才需求的变化.笔者以艺术类低碳创新人才为培养目标,系统分析"双碳"背景下艺术类创新人才培养遇到的瓶颈及机遇,并基于此,从培养定位、模式内容、构建方法几个方面,提出"双碳"背景下艺术类专业专创融合创新人才培养模式构建思路,从意识、引导、实践、奖励四个层面完善培养模式,为实现低碳经济的可持续发展奠定人才基础.
Abstract
Under the background of the"double carbon"development strategy proposed by the state,the personnel training mode of colleges and universities should be adjusted to adapt to the change of the demand for talents in the trend of social development.Taking art low-carbon innovative talents as the training goal,the author systematically analyzes the bottlenecks and opportunities encountered in the training of art innovative talents under the background of"dual carbon".Based on this,from the aspects of training orientation,mode content and construction methods,the author puts forward the train of thought on the construction of the training mode of specialized and integrated innovative talents for art majors under the background of"dual carbon".Improve the training model from the four levels of consciousness,guidance,practice and reward,and lay the talent foundation for realizing the sustainable development of low-carbon economy.
