基于食品包装美育共同体的育人场景创建与应用

摘要
基于包装工程专业在"三全育人"和"五育并举"中的经验,以食品等产品包装的色彩、结构、造型、工艺中蕴含的美育元素、价值与功能为媒介,采用产教融合、科教融汇、多方协同方式,开展美育师资、美育教研、资源整合、考核评价等多维度建设,以期打造基于食品包装美育共同体的育人场景体系.通过建设和应用食品包装美育场景,显著增强了教师的美育素养和教育教学能力,构建了食品包装领域一流的美育资源,从艺术和工程交叉角度培养了学生对"包装美"的审美能力和匠心追求,取得了卓越的以美育人、以文化人培养效果,对包装工程等应用型工科专业具有较好的美育示范效应.
Abstract
Based on the experience of packaging engineering major in"three-in-one education"and"Five-in-one education at the same time",with the aesthetic education elements,values and functions contained in the color,structure,shape and process of food and other product packaging as the medium,the multi-dimensional construction of aesthetic education teachers,aesthetic education teaching and research,resource integration,assessment and evaluation is carried out by means of integration of production and education,integration of science and education,and multi-party collaboration.In order to create a scene system of education based on the aesthetic education community of food packaging.Through the construction and application of the aesthetic education scene of food packaging,the aesthetic education quality and education and teaching ability of teachers have been significantly enhanced,first-class aesthetic education resources in the field of food packaging have been constructed,and students'aesthetic ability and craftsman pursuit of"packaging beauty"have been cultivated from the intersection of art and engineering,and outstanding aesthetic education and cultural cultivation effects have been achieved.It has a good demonstration effect on aesthetic education for applied engineering majors such as packaging engineering.
