摘要
为了能够有效改进烟包(盒)直角模切不断问题,基于国产全清废模切机,拟设计顶耳模块,达到生产过程中在线逐张顶耳效果.在线顶耳模块可以在不增加任何一道工序的情况下,实现"模切-全清废"到"模切+顶耳-全清废"改进.顶耳动作标准化使得品控更加稳定,模切不透废品率明显降低,更加贴近现代化工厂的高质量发展目标.
Abstract
In order to effectively improve the problem of continuous right-angle die-cutting of cigarette packets(boxes),based on the domestic full-waste die-cutting machine,the top lug module is designed to achieve the effect of online one-piece top lug in the production process.The on-line top ear module can realize the improvement of"die cutting-full waste cleaning"to"die cutting+top ear-full waste cleaning"without adding any process.The standardization of the top ear action makes the quality control more stable,the die-cutting imperpenetrable scrap rate is significantly reduced,and it is closer to the high-quality development goal of modern factories.
