摘要
随着科技的飞速发展,数字印刷工艺技术在当今社会中的应用越来越广泛,已经成为了印刷包装、广告、标签、出版等行业的重要组成部分,并在不断地扩大市场份额.通过现场访谈、问卷调查和文献资料分析法等方式,对数字印刷工艺岗位、印刷相关岗位的技工学校毕业生、企业人事招聘专员、技术研发专家、企业一线生产工作人员、产品销售人员进行调研,获得数字印刷工艺的现状,发现存在的问题,并提出优化措施,以期对培养数字印刷工艺岗位的技能人才,推进本专业和相关课程的发展起到借鉴作用.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology,digital printing technology is more and more widely used in today's society,and has become an important part of printing and packaging,advertising,labeling,publishing and other industries,and is constantly expanding its market share.Through on-site interviews,questionnaires and literature analysis methods,we investigated the digital printing process positions,technical school graduates in printing-related positions,enterprise personnel recruitment specialists,technical research and development experts,first-line production staff and product sales personnel,obtained the current situation of digital printing process,found existing problems,and proposed optimization measures.It is expected to play a reference role in training skilled personnel of digital printing technology and promoting the development of this major and related courses.
