Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of Frame Wooden Boxes
The frame wooden box of a company is studied,and the strength and stiffness of the wooden box are improved by optimizing the design.The finite element simulation method is used to simulate the mechanical properties of framed wooden cases under various working conditions,and on the basis of the analysis,the materials of framed wooden cases are optimized,and the plywood with better performance is used instead of solid wood.The structure is optimized and the top cover and base of the frame wooden box are redesigned.The results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the optimized wooden box are smaller than the original design,and the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.The optimized design of the frame wooden box is reasonable and achieves the expected goal.
