摘要
本文介绍了仿生医用胶黏剂在组织修复中的应用和分类,包括化学仿生、生物仿生和物理仿生医用胶黏剂的研究进展.其中,化学仿生医用胶黏剂包括贻贝仿生、蛞蝓仿生等;生物仿生医用胶黏剂包括纤维蛋白胶、大鲵皮肤分泌物黏合剂等;物理仿生医用胶黏剂包括壁虎仿生胶黏剂、章鱼仿生胶黏剂等.相比于传统的医用胶黏剂,仿生医用胶黏剂具有形式多样、组织黏附强度高、力学性能优异、生物相容性更优良等优点,故应用领域越来越广.
Abstract
This article introduces the application and classification of bionic medical adhesives in tissue repair,including the research progress of chemical,biological,and physical bionic medical adhesives.Among them,chemical bionic medical adhesives include mussel biomimetic,slug biomimetic,etc.Biological bionic medical adhesives include fibrin glue,skin secretion adhesives of giant salamander,etc.Physical bionic medical adhesives include gecko bionic adhesives,octopus bionic adhesives,etc.Compared with traditional medical adhesives,bionic medical adhesives have the advantages of diverse forms,high tissue adhesion strength,excellent mechanical properties,and better biocompatibility,and their application fields are becoming increasingly broad.
