At present,the cultivation of artisan talents is a major plan for the long-term development of the country and the nation,and it is also an important responsibility and historical mission of the current higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the characteristics and specific requirements of artisan talents,this paper comprehensively investigates the current situation and dilemma of cultivating artisan talents in higher vocational colleges in China,actively explores and innovates the training mode and path mechanism,focuses on the normal teaching with skill competition as the starting point,and strengthens the training of vocational skills and professional literacy by introducing the two core elements of"artisan skills"and"artisan ethics"into curriculum teaching.It provides reference for the training of artisan talents in higher vocational colleges.
