In this paper,based on the pattern of the Tang Dynasty,to seek the integration and application of the pattern of the Tang Dynasty in modern packaging art design.Through the study of literature,to seek its feasibility in the process of design exploration,extract the basic elements used in innovative practice.Traditional patterns have a unique design beauty,the use of the current design ideas will be the Tang Dynasty Baoxiang flower patterns used in modern packaging design,it can not only carry on innovation on the basis of inheriting excellent traditional culture,but also enhance the added value of products and complete the new integration of traditional and modern.
