The purpose of this study is to integrate traditional culture,advanced technology and social needs into packaging design courses by optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods and building a multi-dimensional assessment system,so as to realize the organic combination of professional knowledge teaching and value guidance.This study adopts the method of literature analysis,case study and teaching practice.The results showed that the integration of ideological and political ideas into packaging design teaching not only enriched the course content,enhanced the teaching interest,but also enhanced the students'cultural reserve and innovation ability,effectively promoted the overall development of students'comprehensive quality,and provided a strong support for cultivating design talents with a sense of social responsibility and innovative spirit.
