摘要

我国包装生产中存在塑料污染、过度包装和过多使用一次性消费品包装等问题.这些问题直接或间接导致了资源浪费和环境污染.通过包装轻量化、包装的循环治理利用等方式,协同建立完善的包装设计、应用、评价回收体系,推动包装增效减废的高利用率发展,从而刺激包装行业的绿色化发展.

Abstract

Plastic pollution,excessive packaging and excessive use of disposable consumer packaging exist in China's packaging production.These problems directly or indirectly lead to the waste of resources and environmental pollution.Through lightweight packaging,recycling and utilization of packaging,we can jointly establish a sound packaging design,application,evaluation and recycling system to promote the development of high utilization rate of packaging efficiency and waste reduction,thus stimulating the green development of the packaging industry.
