摘要

ESG理念注重环境友好、社会责任以及公司治理,是一种全新的可持续发展理念.本文提出了ESG理念食品包装设计的定义,阐述了ESG食品包装的重要价值.通过访谈了解用户对ESG食品包装设计的需求,运用用户画像、用户旅程图工具构建用户模型,挖掘触点、痛点和机会点.在实践层面提出了减量化、人性化、数智化ESG食品包装设计方案.

Abstract

The ESG concept emphasizes environmental friendliness,social responsibility,and corporate governance,and is a new sustainable development concept.This article proposes the definition of ESG concept in food packaging design and elaborates on the important value of ESG food packaging.By conducting interviews to understand users'needs for ESG food packaging design,using user profiling and user journey mapping tools to construct user models,and exploring touchpoints,pain points,and opportunities.At the practical level,a reduction,humanization,and digitalization ESG food packaging design scheme has been proposed.
