低温储粮技术应用分析

摘要
温度是稻谷储藏过程中的重要因素,低温储藏能有效抑制稻谷呼吸代谢、防虫抑霉、延缓其品质劣变.为更好实现低温储粮、保证储粮品质,不断完善和发展低温储藏技术是粮食储藏行业的长期目标.综述了稻谷低温保鲜储藏相关技术,分析了不同技术的优缺点及未来发展方向,为稻谷低温保鲜储藏技术的发展提供参考.
Abstract
Temperature is an important factor in grain storage the process of rice,low-temperature storage can ef-fectively reduce the respiratory metabolism of rice,prevent insects and mildew,and delay the deterioration.In or-der to better realize low-temperature grain storage and ensure the quality of grain storage,continuous improving and developing low-temperature storage technology is the long-term goal of the grain storage industry.This paper sum-marized the related technologies of low-temperature grain preservation and storage,analyzed the advantages and dis-advantages of different technologies and the future development directions,provided reference for the development of low-temperature grain preservation and storage.
