作为低温绿色储粮的关键设备,谷物冷却机采用机械制冷的方式,克服了自然通风及风机通风严重依赖环境条件的问题,可随时为粮堆提供设定温湿度的冷空气.我国粮食行业使用的谷物冷却机经历了完全进口、引进吸收、自主创新的过程,经过20多年的发展,已经研制出多种制冷量规格的产品,满足不同类型的粮仓不同粮种制冷通风的需求,其COP值也从当初进口设备不足1.3[1],提高到2.0以上.近些年,谷物冷却机在单机产品技术方面不断提升,同时在信息化方面也通过电脑端软件和手机端APP实现了远程控制、无人值守,但是在集成化联动控制作业方面还需继续研究,才能真正实现智能化通风作业.本文介绍了我国谷物冷却机在功能、结构、性能、控制等方面的发展历程,分析研究当前研究的制冷新技术,并基于新技术的发展和行业需求提出谷物冷却机研究创新方向展望,以期为谷物冷却机的应用和研究发展提供参考.
Research and Orientation of Grain Cooler
As a key equipment for low-temperature green grain storage,the grain cooler adopts mechanical refrige-ration,overcoming the limits of environmental conditions for natural ventilation and fan ventilation,it could provide cold air with constant temperature and humidity for the grain pile at any time.After more than 20 years'develop-ment,products with various refrigeration capacity specifications have been developed to meet the needs of different types of grain silos.Its COP value has also increased from less than 1.3[1]for imported equipment to over 2.0.In recent years,grain cooler has continuously improved in single machine product technology.in terms of the informa-tization,it can also realize remote control and unattendance,through computer software and mobile applications.But the integrated linkage control operations still need further research to achieve complete intelligent ventilation op-erations.This article had introduced the development of domestic grain cooler in terms of function,structure,per-formance,control and other aspects,analyzed the current research of new refrigeration technology,and putted for-ward the outlook of the research and innovation direction.In order to provide reference for the application and re-search of the equipment.
