"三合一"储粮控制技术在浅圆仓中的应用

根据西北地区生态条件,在浅圆仓综合应用环流熏蒸、内环流控温和氮气气调三项储粮技术(以下简称:"三合一"储粮控制技术).研究了"三合一"储粮控制系统在浅圆仓中控温、控虫和控制品质变化的效果.通过2022年对入库新粮进行环流熏蒸,冬季择机通风蓄冷,2023年度先进行内环流控温,再进行氮气气调,探索研究在当地浅圆仓中合理有效使用这三项储粮技术的最佳使用路径."三合一"储粮控制系统在浅圆仓中的应用,可以实现低温、低药量储粮,延缓储粮品质劣变,在储粮控温、控虫和控制品质变化方面取得良好效果."三合一"储粮控制技术充分发挥了三项储粮技术的各自优势,为浅圆仓绿色储粮探索出新路径.
Application of"Three-in-one grain"Storage System in Squat Silo
According to the ecological conditions in Northwest China,the three grain storage technologies of circu-lation fumigation,internal circulation control and nitrogen gas regulation were comprehensively applied.The effect of temperature control,insect control and quality control of the three-in-one grain storage control system in the shal-low round bin was studied.Through circulation fumigation of new grain into storage in 2022,ventilation and cold storage in winter,advanced in-line circulation temperature control in 2023,and with nitrogen gas regulation,the optimal use path for rational and effective use of these three grain storage technologies in local shallow silos was ex-plored.The application of"three-in-one"grain storage control system in shallow round bin could realize the storage of grain at low temperature and low dosage,delay the quality deterioration of stored grain,and achieve good results in temperature control,insect control and quality control of stored grain.The"three-in-one"grain storage control system organically combined the three grain storage technologies of circulation fumigation,internal circulation con-trol and nitrogen gas regulation,gave full play to their respective advantages,and explores a new path of green grain storage.
