摘要
当前我国涉粮企业和基层粮库普遍存在传统扦样检验自动化程度不高、劳动强度较大、检测效率较低等问题,如何利用创新技术手段提升粮食仓储"技防技控"水平,守好粮食收购入库第一关,对保障粮食安全具有重要意义.本文分析了目前粮食收购环节中传统扦样和质量指标检验过程存在的问题,粮食收购智能扦检系统在粮库实际应用中的必要性,并从智能制造、信息技术、机器视觉、深度学习的创新应用等方面阐述了智能扦检流程和装备的研究进展,以期为智能化粮库建设中粮食收购智能扦检系统的研究应用提供参考.
Abstract
Currently,there are common phenomena in grain related enterprises and grassroots grain depots in Chi-na,such as low automation level,high labor intensity and low inspection efficiency in traditional sample inspec-tion.It is of great significance to use innovative technological means to improve the"technical prevention and con-trol"level of grain storage,maintain the first level of grain procurement and storage to ensure food security.This article analyzes the problems existing in the traditional sampling and quality index inspection process in the current grain procurement process,the necessity of the intelligent grain procurement inspection system in the practical ap-plication of grain depots,and elaborates on the research progress of the intelligent sampling inspection process and equipment from the innovative applications of intelligent manufacturing,information technology,machine vision,and deep learning,in order to provide reference for the research and application of the intelligent grain procurement inspection system in the construction of intelligent grain depots.
