摘要
设计了一种集成四粮种(小麦、玉米、大豆、稻谷)振筛功能的新型自动振筛机,并试制1台样机进行人机对比与重复性杂质筛分试验.结果表明,设计的新型振筛机具有多种创新功能,同时体积更小,满足了设备小型化的需求,但需结合机械结构对部分结果准确性做进一步分析.六平行重复性试验证明新型振筛机稳定性复合要求.本文为粮食行业多粮种检验用组合振筛机的研究设计提供了一定参考.
Abstract
A new type of automatic vibrating screen machine integrating four types of grain vibrating screen func-tions has been designed.The structural composition and working principle are briefly described,and its advantages compared to traditional vibrating screen machines are analyzed.Furthermore,a prototype will be developed for hu-man-machine comparison and repetitive impurity screening tests.The results indicate that the designed new vibra-ting screen machine has multiple innovative functions and a smaller volume,meeting the needs of equipment minia-turization.However,further analysis and improvement of the accuracy of some results need to be carried out in combination with the mechanical structure,and the six parallel repeatability test proves that the stability of the new vibrating screen machine meets the requirements.This paper provides a certain reference for the research and de-sign of multi grain integrated vibrating screen machines in the grain industry.
