粮食收储扦检一体化系统在粮食质量指标检验中的应用研究

为了提高粮食质量指标检验效率,实现检验过程的自动化、智能化,研发了粮食收储扦检一体化系统,实现了粮食检验过程中扦样、分样、检验、数据汇总、样品留存等流程的一体化操作.该研究基于部署了粮食收储扦检一体化系统的三个粮食储备库中的检验数据,对比分析研究了分别使用一体化系统和人工检验进行测定稻谷和小麦的多项检验指标数据.数据结果显示,粮食收储扦检一体化系统在稻谷的水分、杂质、出糙率、整精米率和黄粒米率,以及小麦水分、杂质和容重等指标的检验上,与检验员人工操作检验所得数据无显著性差异,表明了检验结果的稳定与可靠.该研究为粮食收储扦检一体化系统的进一步优化提供了理论支撑.
The Application Research of Grain Storage and Inspection Integration System in Grain Quality Index Inspection
In order to enhance the efficiency of quality inspection of grains and achieve automation and intelligence in the inspection process,a integrated system for grain sampling and inspection was developed.This system realizes the integration of sampling,sub-sampling,inspection,data aggregation,and sample retention in the grain inspec-tion process.Based on the inspection data from three grain reserves equipped with the integrated system,this study comparatively analyzed the inspection data of rice and wheat using both the integrated system and manual inspec-tion.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the inspection data of moisture content,impuri-ties,milling yield,whole grain rate,and broken grain rate of rice,as well as moisture content,impurities,and weight of wheat between the integrated system and manual inspection,indicating the stability and reliability of the inspection results.This research provides theoretical support for further optimization of the integrated system for grain collection and storage sampling inspection.
