采用视觉识别、传感定位、耦合控制、人工智能、大数据、物联网等技术,开发无人自动检化验系统应用于小麦的收储质量检测,实现检化验全流程标准化、自动化、无人化,提高检测效率,保证结果一致性,有效解决"人情粮"等问题.并对粮食无人自动检化验系统国家标准适用性验证,评价其正确度、重复性和稳定性等参数.结果表明:粮食无人自动检化验系统检测速度快,克服了人工检测主观性强、效率低、耗时费力等问题,设备性能稳定,检测小麦质量指标准确、可靠,能够满足小麦收储企业和加工企业的无人检测需要.
Study Onunmanned Wheat Testing Technology and Equipment
By adopting technologies such as visual recognition,sensor positioning,coupling control,artificial in-telligence,big data,and the Internet of Things,we have developed an unmanned automatic inspection and testing system for wheat storage quality testing.This system achieves standardization,automation,and unmanned testing throughout the entire process,improves testing efficiency,ensures consistency of results,and effectively solves problems such as"human food".And the applicability of national standards for unmanned automatic grain inspec-tion and testing systems is verified,and their accuracy,repeatability,and stability and other parameters are evalua-ted.The results show that the unmanned automatic inspection and testing system for grain has a fast detection speed,overcomes the problems of strong subjectivity,low efficiency,time-consuming and labor-intensive manual detection,stable equipment performance,accurate and reliable detection of wheat quality indicators,and can meet the unmanned detection needs of wheat storage and processing enterprises.
