摘要
为进一步建立规范高效的质量检测流程,提高粮食入库效率,探索粮食入库扦检一体化推广的可能性,本文对粮食入库快速质检系统的实际应用展开研究.采用人工质检和快速质检系统分别对稻谷和小麦样品的质量指标进行检测,并在实际粮食入库过程中,开展系统应用性试验,结果表明,两种检测方法无显著差异,入库快速质检系统在提高粮食质检效率和实现入库质量把控自动化方面效果明显.
Abstract
In order to further establish a standardized and efficient quality inspection process,improve the effi-ciency of grain entering storage,and explore the possibility of promoting the integration of grain sampling and in-spection,this article conducts research on the practical application of the rapid quality inspection system for grain entering storage.The quality indicators of paddy and wheat were inspected using manual quality inspection and the rapid quality inspection system,during the process of grain entering storage,system applicability experiments were carried out,the results showed that there was no significant difference in the inspection results between the two methods.This system has an important role in improving the efficiency of grain quality inspection and achieving the automation of entering storage quality control.
