球状粮食完整粒分离器的研究与应用

针对人工挑拣球状粮食中非完整粒及杂质效率较低的问题,模拟纸盒分离方法,研究开发了球状粮食完整粒分离器.球状粮食中的完整粒与非完整粒及杂质在自身重力和外部振动作用下,其在振动槽上的运动具有一定的速度差.通过调节参数,即可精准实现完整粒与非完整粒及杂质的分离.该仪器具有很好的适应性,能够满足不同大小、不同品种和不同产地的球状粮食的分离需求,具有较快的分离效率和较高的分离精度.仪器已在黑龙江、江苏、河南等地多个质检单位开展了应用示范.
Research and Application of Spherical Grain Whole Grain Separator
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of non-whole grains and impurities in the manual sorting of spherical grains,the whole grain separator for spherical grains was researched and developed by using the idea of"anti-one reversal"and simulating the carton separation method.Under the action of gravity and external vibration,the movement of whole grains,incomplete grains and impurities in spherical grains has a certain velocity difference on the vibrating trough.By adjusting the parameters,the separation of intact and non-intact particles and impurities could be achieved precisely.The instrument had good adaptability,and could meet the separation needs of spherical grains of different sizes,different varieties and different origins with faster separation efficiency and higher separation accuracy.The instrument had been applied in many quality inspection units in Heilongjiang,Jiangsu,Henan and other places.
