随着人们对粮食品质要求的不断提升,传统的粮食质量安全检测与控制技术已经制约了高品质粮食的生产与储运.随着纳米技术的不断发展,尤其是一些纳米肥料、纳米农药、纳米包装材料、纳米传感器、功能性纳米材料等的快速发展,为保障粮食质量安全提供了一种新的解决方案,有望应用于粮食的生产、运输、储藏和消费全链条.该综述对纳米材料在粮食质量安全保障领域中的应用进行了简单总结,期望可以推动纳米技术在粮食行业的研究与应用.
Application of Nanomaterials in Ensuring Grain Quality and Safety
As the demand for higher grain quality continues to rise,traditional technologies for grain quality and safety detection and control have become limiting factors in the production,storage,and transportation of high-qual-ity grains.The continuous advancement of nanotechnology,particularly in areas such as nano-fertilizers,nano-pes-ticides,nano-packaging,nanosensors,and functional nanomaterials,offers new solutions for ensuring grain quality and safety.These technologies have the potential to be applied throughout the entire chain of grain production,transportation,storage,and consumption.This review provides a concise summary of the applications of nanomate-rials in the field of grain quality and safety assurance,with the aim of promoting further research and application of nanotechnology in the grain industry.
