Current Statusand Produce of Corn Mycotoxins and Recent Development in Control Measuresfor Mycotoxins in Maize
China is the second-largest producer of maize in the world,and mycotoxins cause significant losses in maize production every year.Therefore,it is crucial to have a thorough awareness of the various forms of maize my-cotoxins,their causes,and mitigation strategies.This paper introduced the current status of maize fungal develop-ment at home and abroad,summarized the relationship between mycotoxin and moldy grains.Then described the types of maize mycotoxins,including novel mycotoxins and hidden mycotoxins,the causes of maize mycotoxin pro-duction,divided into two time points for analysis,and the storage fungi produced during storage.Finally,the rela-tionship between fungus and mycotoxins is examined,and mycotoxin control strategies are introduced.
