大豆膜下表层内环流通风技术研究

广西地处高温高湿第七储粮生态区,受气候因素影响,内环流技术应用普遍性和成熟性与北方存在一定差距.结合本区储粮特性及公司多年来的大豆储藏情况,通过对充氮气调情况下膜下粮堆表层内环流通风技术的研究,以解决大豆生霉及快速杀虫问题,确保储粮安全.结果表明,该技术可以有效降低粮堆表面墙壁及四周空间气体湿度,减少水分增加及快速均匀粮堆内氮气浓度,从而达到减少发霉等异常粮情、快速有效杀虫、减少储粮安全隐患和降低储粮成本的目的.
Research on Inner Loop Ventilation Technology under Soybean Film
Guangxi is located in the seventh grain storage ecological zone until highest temperature and humidity in China.Due to climate factors,there is a certain gap in the universality and maturity of the application of internal cir-culation technology compared to the north.Based on the characteristics of grain storage in the seventh grain storage ecological zone and the company's years of soybean storage,this study aimed to solve the problem of soybean white mold breeding and rapid pest control by studying the internal circulation ventilation technology on the surface of grain piles under membrane under nitrogen gas regulation,ensuring the safety of grain storage.The results showed that this technology could effectively reduce the gas humidity around the surface walls of the grain pile,the increase of water content,quickly and evenly distribute the nitrogen concentration inside the grain pile,thereby suppressing soybean mold around the warehouse and reducing nitrogen filling time,achieving the goal of reducing abnormal grain condi-tions such as mold,quickly and effectively killing insects,reducing safety hazards and storage costs of grain storage.
