Effect of Sample Preparation on the Detection of DON in Wheat
In order to study the influence of sample preparation method on the test results in the rapid detection of wheat DON(deoxynivalenol),and improve the accuracy of the test results,the manual sampling method and the automatic type automatic sampler were used to separate the samples in the sample preparation process of the rapid detection of wheat DON.In the sample crushing process,Zhongding type sampler and different automatic sampler were used to separate the samples.The content of DON in the samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(standard method)and colloidal gold rapid quantitative method.The results showed that the differ-ence between the detection results of DON colloidal gold rapid detection method and the detection results of high performance liquid chromatography was small and the accuracy was high when the samples were separated by auto-matic sampler and crushed by water-holding type Ⅱ grinding mill.The research results could provide some refer-ence for the preparation of samples in the process of rapid determination of DON by quality inspectors in the storage sector.
