两种典型钢筋混凝土仓顶栈桥分析

从结构受力、建造成本、使用便捷性等方面对粮食行业内的两种典型钢筋混凝土仓顶栈桥进行分析,为工程设计人员和业主决策提供参考.结合中央储备粮广安直属库粮食仓储物流项目,并使用midas gen建模,得出了两种仓顶栈桥在恒载工况、活载工况、地震荷载作用下的变形和内力.通过对比两种栈桥的内力和变形结果,低栈桥在恒载工况、活载工况、地震荷载作用下的计算结果均明显优于高栈桥,从栈桥构件本身来说低栈桥在材料用量、工程造价方面优于高栈桥.但综合考虑到设备布置、人员通行需要布置钢梯、钢平台、钢结构支腿等因素,两个方案在材料用量、工程造价方面基本持平.高栈桥方案桥下空间大,方便工艺设备布置和人员通行.高栈桥在使用便捷方面优于低栈桥.
Analysis of Two Typical Reinforced Concrete Warehouse Top Trestle Bridges
In this paper,two typical reinforced concrete warehouse roof trestles in the grain industry werw analyzed from the aspects of structural force,construction cost and convenience of use,so as to provide reference for engi-neering designers and owners to make decisions.Combined with the grain storage and logistics project of the direct-ly affiliated library of the central reserve of grain in Guangan,and using midas gen modeling,the deformation and internal force of the two warehouse roof trestles under the dead load condition,live load condition and seismic load are obtained.By comparing the internal force and deformation results of the two trestles,the calculation results of the low trestle under the dead load condition,live load condition and seismic load are obviously better than the high trestle.From the perspective of the trestle components themselves,the low trestle is better than the high trestle in terms of material consumption and project cost.However,considering the equipment layout,personnel passage need to arrange steel ladder,steel platform,steel structure leg and other factors,the two schemes are basically flat in terms of material consumption and project cost.The high trestle scheme has large space under the bridge,which is convenient for the layout of process equipment and personnel passage.The high trestle is better than the low tres-tle in terms of convenience of use.
