Research and Promotion Practice on Safe Grain Storage Equipment for Farmers
Farmer storage is an important part of grain storage after harvest,and safe grain storage equipment is a material condition for farmers to scientifically store grain and ensure food security.This thesis systematically analy-zes the current global and domestic food loss situation,focusing on the research,manufacture and promotion of new safe grain storage equipment led by the grain department in Shandong Province in recent years,its effectiveness,and the resulting economic and social benefits.It provides a detailed description of the technical standards for gran-ary design and comparative data of various equipment to store grain,fully affirming the safety storage effect of color steel plate combined grain silos.The average annual loss of grain storage using color steel plate combined silos by farmers has decreased from 8％to less than 2％.Based on the current situation of rural land transfer and food secu-rity,research and explore the future storage equipment for farmers,and propose a preliminary design plan for medi-um-sized steel plate silo suitable for large grain growers.
