平房仓储粮通风机入口段流量精准检测方法研究

机械通风是确保粮食安全储藏的重要措施,对于维护国家的储粮安全具有重要意义.为解决通风过程中风机风量准确测量的难题,提出了一种平房仓通风机入口段流量测量方法,以4-72-6C型离心通风机为研究对象,建立粮仓通风模型,并选择4.5m~7 m的粮层高度作为风机通风工况负载,通过数值模拟的方法对风机入口段流量进行检测,并进行流量测量修正系数拟合,找到风速测定平面最佳位置和监测点最佳节点布置方案.结果表明,测量平面的最佳位置选择在风机入口前0.5 m处,监测点选用4节点的方案,效果最优.
Research on the Accurate Detection Method of the Flow Rate of the Inlet Section of the Grain Ventilator for Bungalow Storage
Mechanical ventilation is an important measure to ensure grain food security storage,which is of great significance for maintaining the safety of national grain storage.In order to solve the difficult problem of accurate measurement of fan airflow in the ventilation process,a method of measuring the flow rate of the inlet section of the ventilation fan of horizontal warehouse is proposed,taking the 4-72-6C centrifugal ventilator as the object,es-tablishing a model for ventilation of a grain silo and selecting the height of the grain layer from 4.5 m to 7 m as the load of the fan ventilation condition,detecting the flow rate of the inlet section of the fan by means of numerical simulation,and fitting the flow rate measurement correction coefficient,in order to find the best position of the wind speed measurement plane and the best node arrangement scheme of the monitoring point.The results show that the optimal location of the measurement plane is 0.5 m in front of the fan inlet,and the scheme of 4-node monitoring point is the most effective.
