Effects of Storage Temperature on Storage Loss and Quality of Imported Soybean
Temperature has a great influence on the storage quality of imported soybeans.In this paper,the impor-ted soybeans from the United States and Brazil were selected as the research objects.Two temperature conditions were set at room temperature and 35℃,and the storage loss,quality index and quality index of soybeans were measured by regular sampling during storage,so as to clarify the influence of storage temperature on soybean loss and storage quality.The results showed that high temperature storage increased the crude fatty acid value and per-oxide value of soybean,and the storage loss increased,but had little effect on the fat content.Under the same stor-age conditions,the loss of Brazilian soybeans is higher than that of U.S.soybeans,and the storage loss of Brazil-ian soybeans is more sensitive to the change of storage temperature.
