引诱嗜虫书虱的物料筛选及其活性成分的分析和评价

利用"Y"型嗅觉仪筛选嗜虫书虱对25种食物物料的选择性,通过气相色谱—离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)对引诱效果最好的食物物料进行挥发性成分分析,对筛选的挥发性成分按照不同的配方进行模拟仓诱捕试验.结果表明:嗜虫书虱对小麦麸皮的选择性最高,选择系数为(0.56).通过室内生物测定试验,验证了 2-庚酮、1-辛烯-3-醇和芳樟醇对嗜虫书虱具有较高的引诱活性,通过复配正交试验,得到了一种引诱效果最好的食物引诱剂配方:1.75 μL/g2-庚酮+1.00μL/g1-辛烯-3醇+5 g酵母+5g奶粉,该配方对嗜虫书虱的校正诱捕率达到64.44%.
Screening of Materials and Analysis and Evaluation of Their Active Constituents for Attracting Liposcelis Entomophila
In this study,a"Y"type olfactometer was used to select the materials with the best attracting effect on Liposcelis entomophila from 25 kinds of food materials.The main volatile components were determined by gas chro-matography-ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS).Simulated warehouse trapping experiments were conducted ac-cording to different formulas for individual volatile components with good luring effect.The results showed that white bran had the highest selectivity for Liposcelis entomophila,with a selection coefficient of 0.56.According to the laboratory bioassay results,three volatile components of wheat bran,2-heptanone,1-octen-3-ol and linalool were verified which attracted more efficient to Liposcelis entomophila.Through compound orthogonal test,the at-tractant formula with the best attractant effect was obtained:1.75 μL/g 2-heptanone and 1.00 μL/g 1-octen-3-ol and 5g yeast with 5g milk powder.The corrected trapping rate of this formula reached to 64.44%.
