Effect of Typical Imperfect Grains Such as Germinate,Moldy,Damaged, and Scab Diseased Grains on the Content of Vomiting Toxins in Wheat
In order to investigate the effects of typical imperfect grains such as sprouted, moldy, damaged, and scab infested grains on the content of vomitoxin in wheat samples, different types of imperfect grain wheat were mixed with vomitoxin content of 50 μg/kg in different proportions and tested in high-quality wheat that meets na-tional standards. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between the contents of buds, mildew and damaged grains and the detection value of vomitoxin in wheat samples.Removing imperfect grains such as sprouted, moldy, damaged and scab infested grains can significantly reduce the detection value of vomitoxin in wheat samples. The increase of scab infested grain content significantly improved the detection value of vomitoxin in wheat samples. There was a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)between the content of scab particles and the detection value of vomitoxin, and the correlation coefficient was 0.97.In addition, removing imperfect grains such as scab grains can significantly reduce the detection value of vomiting toxins in wheat samples.
