摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,我国食用油的需求量不断提升,油脂工业得到了迅速发展,大型植物储存油罐也得到了广泛应用,做好油罐防腐工作能有效提高油罐的使用寿命,保障储存植物油的安全.重点围绕大型植物油油罐防腐施工,对造成油罐腐蚀的原因、影响油罐防腐的因素进行分析,并探讨与之对应的处理措施,主要从油罐工艺设计、防腐材料选择、防腐施工工艺、施工现场管理等方面展开,参考国内相关文献资料,在大型植物油罐防腐施工质量控制方面进行相关探讨,为大型植物油罐防腐工作提供参考.
Abstract
With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for edible oil in China continues to in-crease,and the edible oil industry has developed rapidly.Large vegetable oil storage tanks have also been widely used.Proper anti-corrosion work for oil tanks can effectively improve their service life and ensure the safety of stored vegetable oil.This article focuses on the anti-corrosion construction of large vegetable oil tanks,analyzes the causes of tank corrosion,factors affecting tank anti-corrosion,and explores corresponding treatment measures.It mainly focuses on tank process design,anti-corrosion material selection,anti-corrosion construction technology,and construction site management.Referring to relevant domestic literature,this article discusses the quality control of anti-corrosion construction of large vegetable oil tanks,providing reference for anti-corrosion work of large vegeta-ble oil tanks.
