Analysis and countermeasure research of food supply chain impairment
The problem of grain stop loss in grain supply chain has been paid attention to for a long time in our country.Every reducing the grain loss rate of 1%can recover a considerable quantity of grain.At present,scholars'research on the grain supply chain and grain loss mainly focuses on the grain harvesting and storage process,and there is little research on the full chain grain loss of the grain supply chain and the application of digital technology in the grain supply chain.The article refers to the previous research of many scholars on the loss rate and overall loss rate of grain in various links,combined with some phenomena that lead to grain loss and waste in real life,and proposing measures to reduce losses in the grain supply chain in China.
