新地缘政治环境下中俄农业合作的路径与对策研究

摘要
在俄乌局势影响下,全球农产品贸易面临严峻挑战,国际农产品供应关系更趋复杂,局部地区农产品供给不平衡问题更加凸显,俄罗斯农产品出口遭受西方全方位限制,拟与中国开展广泛的农业合作.中俄互为最大邻国,农业资源互补性强,合作基础牢固,中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的确立使两国贸易联系更加紧密.新地缘政治环境下,中俄深化农业合作要加强沟通、优势互补,扩大贸易规模及贸易范围,积极推动建设农业合作试验示范区,持续提升两国农业合作水平.
Abstract
Under the influence of the situation between Russia and Ukraine,the global trade of agricultural products is facing severe challenges,the international supply relationship of agricultural products is becoming more compli-cated,and the imbalance of agricultural products supply in some regions is more prominent.Russia's agricultural exports are subject to all-round restrictions from the West,and it plans to carry out extensive agricultural coopera-tion with China.China and Russia are each other's largest neighbors,with a solid foundation for agricultural coop-eration.The establishment of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination has brought the two countries closer in trade.Under the new geopolitical environment,China and Russia should strengthen communi-cation and complement each other's advantages in deepening agricultural cooperation,expand the scale and scope of trade,actively promote the construction of agricultural cooperation pilot demonstration zones,and continuously upgrade the level of agricultural cooperation between the two countries.
