摘要
粮食仓储绿色发展离不开标准化体系的支撑和引导,绿色储粮标准化体系的构建,不仅是粮食收储系统规范化建设的现实需要,更是走绿色标准化发展的迫切需求.为充分发挥标准化对粮食仓储发展的技术支撑作用,结合辽宁省绿色储粮标准化建设的实际需求,从绿色储粮标准化体系建设研究入手,简述绿色储粮标准化体系构建的理论基础及具体内涵,提出以技术标准、管理标准和工作标准"三维度"结构为基础的辽宁绿色储粮标准体系框架,以期为推进辽宁省粮食仓储标准化工作提供指引.
Abstract
The green development of grain storage cannot be separated from the support and guidance of the stan-dardization system,and the construction of the standardization system of green grain storage is not only the practi-cal need of the standardization construction of the grain collection and storage system,but also the urgent need of the development of green standardization.In order to give full play to the technical support role of standardization in the development of grain storage,combined with the actual needs of the standardization construction of green grain storage in Liaoning Province,this paper starts with the research on the construction of green grain storage standardization system,briefly describes the theoretical basis and specific connotation of the construction of green grain storage standardization system,and puts forward the framework of Liaoning green grain storage standard sys-tem based on the three-dimensional structure of technical standards,management standards and working standards,in order to provide guidance for promoting the standardization of grain storage in Liaoning Province.
