摘要
为了研究半地下仓储粮效果,以同一批进口大豆为供试粮食品种,以储藏期间控温、保水、粗脂肪酸值和蛋白质溶解比率等为评价指标变化,开展楼房仓、平房仓、高大平房仓、半地下仓 4 种仓型对进口大豆储存试验.试验结果表明,4 种仓型均适用于长期储存进口大豆,但不同仓型储存进口大豆效果有差异性.从控温效果、保水效果、粗脂肪酸值和蛋白质溶解比率等指标来看,半地下仓储存大豆效果最佳,是一种值得大规模推广应用的仓型.
Abstract
In order to study the effect of semi underground storage of grain,we took the same batch of imported soybeans as the tested grain varieties,analyzed the change rules of temperature control,water retention,crude fatty acid value,protein dissolution ratio and other indicators during storage,and carried out four warehouse types,in-cluding building warehouse,bungalow warehouse,tall bungalow warehouse,and semi underground warehouse,to affect the storage effect of imported soybeans.The results showed that the four types of warehouses were suitable for long-term storage of imported soybeans,but the effects of different warehouse types were different.From the perspective of temperature control effect,water retention effect,crude fatty acid value,and protein solubility ratio,semi underground storage of soybean has the best effect,and is a warehouse type worthy of large-scale promotion and application.
