Comparison of high performance liquid chromatography and colloidal gold rapid quantitative method for the determination of vomitoxin in corn
The content of vomitoxin in 28 corn samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy(HPLC)and colloidal gold rapid quantitative method.The coincidence rate of the two methods was 96.4%.The accuracy of the two methods met the requirements of the national standard by adding marks to the blank matrix.Compared with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the colloidal gold rapid quantitative method is simple,fast,and has high qualitatively consistent rate,which can meet the experimental requirements.When the sample size is relatively large,the colloidal gold rapid quantitative method can be used as the primary screening,and then the high performance liquid chromatography can be used for further detection,which can achieve the pur-pose of reducing cost and improving efficiency.
