数字技术赋能小农户融入乡村产业振兴机制与路径研究

摘要
农业农村数字化改革应紧密配合全面推进数字化改革的总体目标,致力于将数字技术与农业农村实现深度融合,以促进乡村数字产业振兴的步伐迈进加速阶段.在此背景下,文章以小农户为切入点,探讨了如何巧妙运用数字技术,以解决小农户与乡村产业振兴之间的有机衔接问题.聚焦于农村要素资源对数字技术赋能小农户和乡村产业振兴有机衔接的理论逻辑进行解析,从数字技术赋能"小农户与数字+""小农户与数智+"两个方面分析数字技术促进实现小农户和乡村产业振兴有机衔接的实践路径,并提出数字技术赋能小农户与乡村产业振兴的优化政策:激发数字技术赋能小农户融入乡村产业振兴的内生潜力;加强数字技术赋能小农户社会化服务体系;优化小农户融入乡村产业振兴的扶持政策.
Abstract
The digital reform of agriculture and rural areas should closely cooperate with the overall goal of comprehensively promoting digital reform,aiming for the deep integration of digital technology with agriculture and rural areas,to accelerate the revitalization of the rural digital industry.In this context,this article took small farmers as the starting point and explored how to skillfully use digital technology to solve the organic connection problem between small farmers and rural industrial revitalization.Focusing on the rural factor resources,this paper analyzed the theoretical logic of the organic connection between digital technology empowering small farmers and rural industry revitalization.It analyzed the practical path of digital technology promoting the organic connection between small farmers and rural industry revitalization from two aspects:empowering"small farmers and digital+"and"small farmers and digital intelligence+",and proposed optimization policies for empowering small farmers with digital technology and promoting rural industrial revitalization:stimulate the endogenous potential of digital technology to empower small farmers to integrate into rural industrial revitalization;strengthen the social service system for small farmers empowered by digital technology;optimize support policies for integrating small farmers into rural industrial revitalization.
