摘要
以"一带一路"视角为出发点,探讨了农村农业经济管理模式的创新研究.通过分析中国农村农业经济发展的现状以及"一带一路"倡议对农村农业经济发展的积极影响,指出了存在的问题,如农业生产技术不足、农业从业人员配置不合理和信息化手段未充分应用等.在此基础上,提出了"一带一路"视角下农村农业经济管理模式创新发展的建议,包括强化技术水平,科学调整农业产业结构;优化人员配置,提供人才保障;加强信息建设,搭建信息服务平台;重视发展特色化产业优势等.
Abstract
This paper discussed innovative research on the economic management model of rural agriculture from the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative.It analyzed the current situation of rural agricultural economic development in China and the positive impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on rural agricultural economic development,this paper pointed out the existing problems,such as insufficient agricultural production technology,unreasonable allocation of agricultural practitioners,and insufficient application of information technology means.On this basis,the paper put forward suggestions on the innovative development of rural agricultural economic management mode under the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative,including strengthening the technical level and scientifically adjusting the agricultural industrial structure,optimizing personnel allocation and providing talent guarantee;strengthening information construction and building an information service platform,emphasizing the development of distinctive industrial advantages,etc.
