摘要
从品种、种植面积、产量、加工情况、生产方式和农业科技进展等方面梳理了海南水稻产业发展的现状.分析了海南水稻生产的成本收益情况,并对"十四五"时期海南水稻生产及销售进行了预测.在此基础上,归纳了海南水稻产业发展中存在的问题,并从探索补贴机制、优化水稻种植品种、加强基础设施建设、促进土地流转和培育现代加工企业等方面为海南水稻产业高质量发展提出对策建议.
Abstract
This paper compared the current situation of rice industry development in Hainan Province in terms of varieties,planting area,production,processing,production methods,and progress of agricultural science and technol-ogy progress.The cost and revenue of rice production in Hainan Province were analyzed,and the forecast of rice pro-duction and sales in Hainan Province in the 14th Five-Year Plan period was made.On this basis,the problems in the development of the rice industry in Hainan Province were summarized,and countermeasures are proposed for the high-quality development of the rice industry in Hainan Province in terms of exploring subsidy mechanisms,optimizing rice cultivation varieties,strengthening infrastructure construction,promoting land transfer,and fostering modern processing enterprises.
