Study on the path of high-quality development of grain and oil industrial parks based on industrial core competitiveness evaluation system:a case of Zhoushan international grain and oil industrial park
In recent years,the global food crisis has intensified due to the continued impact of economic shocks,extreme weather,the crisis in Ukraine,and other factors,which have caused certain import risks to China's food imports and food price stability.Under the new development pattern of a domestic and international double-cycle,the security of grain and oil has risen to the height of national strategy.Therefore,as a path to promoting the development of grain and oil industry clusters and effectively ensuring grain and oil safety,the grain and oil industrial parks have come into being.At present,the development of the grain and oil industry is mainly divided into two types,one of which is based on the origin of grain,forming the five excellences linkage"model,that is,excellent grain and production,excellent grain and purchase,excellent grain and storage,excellent grain and processing,and excellent grain and marketing.The second is to form a"front port+middle warehouse+back factory"mode in the main port area by making full use of the convenient traffic location conditions and relying on grain storage and transportation transshipment.The article mainly studied the second type of development,selecting Zhoushan international grain and oil industrial park as the research object.It takes the construction of a core competitiveness evaluation index of the grain and oil industry as the entry point,systematically analysed the development status quo of the park as well as all kinds of challenges it faces,and thus put forward rationalized countermeasures such as upgrading the industrial structure,promoting the innovation of the brand,cultivat-ing the sound talents,perfecting the park's services and so on,and explored a way to a development path for Zhoushan's speciality grain and oil industry,which was based on"adhering to government guidance,storage and transshipment,industrial synergy,and high-quality development".
