粮食安全直接关乎国家安全和社会稳定,是经济高速发展、群众安居乐业的基石.粮食领域高质量发展亟需复合创新型应用人才培养输出,新工科背景下粮食工程专业课程教学与实践创新势在必行.文章深度分析高校粮食工程专业实践现有模式存在的问题,以期在建立虚拟仿真基地方面创新.结合新工科理念下工程教育要求,探索应用型粮食工程专业虚拟仿真的创新模式,分析虚拟仿真基地构建的必要性,为地方高校粮食工程专业的创新发展与人才实践提供思路.
Analysis on the construction of virtual simulation base in the teaching of grain engineering courses
Food security is directly related to national security and social stability and is the cornerstone of rapid economic development and the well-being of the people.The high-quality development of the grain industry urgently requires the cultivation and output of composite and innovative applied talents.Under the background of new engineering,it is imperative to innovate the teaching and practice of grain engineering courses.This article deeply analyzed the problems in the existing practice models of grain engineering majors in universities,to innovate in establishing virtual simulation bases.Based on the requirements of engineering education under the new engineering concept,it explored innovative models for virtual simulation of applied grain engineering majors,analyzed the necessity of constructing virtual simulation bases,and provided ideas for the innovative development and talent practice of grain engineering majors in local universities.
