Research on the release of teaching motivation for teachers of food economy in universities under the perspective of research-based teaching
Following the heterogeneous research paradigm,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with front-line teachers,provided a panoramic scan of the real dilemma of the lack of research teaching motivation of university teachers,analyzed the constraints and path dependence behind it,explored the internal mechanism of improving the teaching motivation release and the capacity,and explored the three-dimensional power release mechanism of professional quality,teaching skills,and academic research of univeristy teachers in food economy from the perspective of both the depth and breadth of teaching ability improvement,improved the supporting system and guarantee measures for the release of research-oriented teaching motivation and ability enhancement of university teachers from the perspective of mutual benefit between teaching and learning to achieve the seamless connection between explicit theoretical knowledge and implicit scientific research knowledge in the teaching process of universities.Targeted efforts will be made to assist the faculty members of the university's grain economics department in unleashing their research-oriented teaching motivation and enhancing their abilities,thus alleviating the unfavorable situation of the difficult progress of the humorous reform under the concept of mutual benefit between teaching and learning.
