储藏稻谷霉变的研究进展

摘要
中国是水稻生产大国,全国各地种植面积广泛,每年的水稻产量高居世界首位.在储藏过程中,如条件适宜稻谷极易发生霉变,严重影响了储藏稻谷的品质,从而造成巨大经济损失.所以如何确保稻谷长期储藏的安全性,了解仓储稻谷霉变情况,成为了大家共同关注的问题.文章综述了霉变对稻谷品质的影响、稻谷霉变霉菌的种类及其演替规律、霉菌的检测方法、储藏稻谷霉菌的防控方法,以期为稻谷安全储藏提供参考依据.
Abstract
China is a major rice producer,with a wide range of planting areas throughout the country,and its annual rice output ranks first in the world.During storage,if conditions are suitable,rice can easily become mildew,which seriously affects the quality of stored rice,thus causing huge economic losses.Therefore,how to ensure the safety of long-term rice storage and understand the mildew situation of stored rice has become a common concern.This paper summarized the influence of mildew on rice quality,the types and succession rules of rice molds,the detection methods of molds,and the prevention and control methods of stored rice mold,in order to provide a reference for the safe storage of rice.
